At Empowered Educators Homeschool Consulting, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help families confidently embrace homeschooling as a meaningful, personalized alternative to traditional education. Our Story

I’m Amy, the founder of Empowered Educators, a 25-year veteran homeschool mom to 11 children and a certified, experienced teacher. My own family’s educational journey has stretched from preschool activities all the way to professional graduate programs, giving me a deep understanding of the joys, challenges, and milestones that every homeschooling parent faces.

When I began, I wanted more than a cookie-cutter approach for my children; I wanted an education that nurtured their minds, character, and gifts. Over the years, I learned what works, what doesn’t, and—most importantly—how to adapt along the way. Now, my goal is to help other families do the same.
